1.1 a7v7v ("we," "us," "our," "the Company") is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of all players and visitors who use the a7v7v platform ("you," "your"). This Privacy Policy describes our practices regarding the collection, use, storage, disclosure, and protection of your personal information.

1.2 This Privacy Policy is issued in compliance with Republic Act No. 10173, otherwise known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (DPA), and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR), as enforced by the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines.

1.3 By accessing or using the a7v7v platform — including registering an account, making a deposit, participating in any game, or contacting our support team — you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in this Privacy Policy.

1.4 This Privacy Policy should be read alongside our Terms & Conditions and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

• Direct interactions — data you provide when registering an account, completing KYC verification, making deposits or withdrawals, contacting support, or participating in promotions;
• Automated technologies — data collected automatically when you use the platform, including cookies, web beacons, log files, and similar tracking technologies (see Section 7);

• Account management — creating, maintaining, and securing your a7v7v account;
• Identity and age verification — confirming that you meet the 21+ age requirement and verifying your identity in compliance with KYC obligations;
• Transaction processing — processing deposits and withdrawals in Philippine Peso (PHP) via GCash, Maya, and Philippine bank transfers;
• Regulatory compliance — fulfilling obligations under Philippine gaming regulations, the DPA, anti-money laundering laws, and other applicable legislation;
• Fraud prevention and security — detecting, investigating, and preventing fraudulent activity, unauthorized account access, and other security threats;
• Responsible gaming — monitoring gaming activity to identify potential problem gambling patterns and enforcing self-exclusion and account restriction requests;
• Customer support — responding to your inquiries, resolving disputes, and improving our support services;
• Platform improvement — analyzing usage patterns to improve the a7v7v platform, fix bugs, and develop new features;
• Marketing communications — sending you promotional offers, bonuses, and platform updates, where you have opted in to receive such communications.

4.2 a7v7v will not use your personal data for any purpose incompatible with those listed above without first obtaining your explicit consent or as otherwise required by law.

5.1 Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, a7v7v processes your personal data on the following legal bases:

• Contractual necessity — processing required to perform our contract with you, including operating your account and processing transactions;
• Legal obligation — processing required to comply with applicable Philippine laws and regulations, including KYC, AML, and gaming regulatory requirements;
• Legitimate interests — processing necessary for a7v7v's legitimate business interests, including fraud prevention, platform security, and service improvement, where such interests are not overridden by your rights;
• Consent — processing based on your freely given, specific, informed, and unambiguous consent, particularly for marketing communications and optional data uses. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

6.1 a7v7v does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third-party marketers. We may share your personal data with the following categories of recipients only where necessary and in accordance with applicable law:

• Payment processors — GCash, Maya, and Philippine banking partners, for the purpose of processing deposits and withdrawals;
• Identity verification providers — third-party KYC and age verification services used to confirm your identity and age;
• Fraud prevention services — providers of fraud detection and anti-money laundering screening tools;
• IT and platform service providers — cloud hosting, data storage, and technical infrastructure providers who process data on our behalf under strict data processing agreements;
• Regulatory and law enforcement authorities — the National Privacy Commission, PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), and Philippine law enforcement agencies, where required by law or court order;
• Professional advisers — lawyers, auditors, and accountants, where necessary for legal, compliance, or financial purposes.

6.2 All third parties with whom a7v7v shares personal data are required to handle such data in accordance with applicable privacy laws and are prohibited from using it for any purpose other than the specific service they provide to a7v7v.

7.1 a7v7v uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance your experience on the platform, maintain session security, and analyze platform usage. The following types of cookies are used:

• Essential cookies — strictly necessary for the platform to function, including session management, login authentication, and security features. These cannot be disabled without affecting platform functionality;
• Functional cookies — used to remember your preferences, such as language settings and display options;
• Analytics cookies — used to collect aggregated, anonymized data about how players use the platform, helping us identify areas for improvement;
• Security cookies — used to detect and prevent fraudulent activity, bot access, and unauthorized login attempts.

7.2 You may manage your cookie preferences through your browser settings. Please note that disabling essential cookies may impair your ability to use certain features of the a7v7v platform, including logging in and processing transactions.

7.3 a7v7v does not use third-party advertising cookies or behavioral tracking cookies for the purpose of serving targeted advertisements on external websites.

8.1 a7v7v retains your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable Philippine law. The following general retention periods apply:

• Account data — retained for the duration of your account and for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, in compliance with AML and gaming regulatory requirements;
• Transaction records — retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the transaction, as required by the Anti-Money Laundering Act;
• KYC and identity documents — retained for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure or the completion of the relevant transaction;
• Support communications — retained for up to three (3) years from the date of the communication, for dispute resolution and quality assurance purposes;
• Marketing preferences — retained until you withdraw consent or request deletion, subject to any overriding legal retention obligations.

8.2 Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, a7v7v will securely delete or anonymize your personal data in accordance with our internal data disposal procedures.

9.1 a7v7v implements a comprehensive set of technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include:

• 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmitted between your device and the a7v7v platform;
• Encryption of sensitive data at rest, including financial account details and government ID information;
• Two-factor authentication (2FA) for player accounts and all internal administrative access;
• Role-based access controls limiting data access to authorized personnel with a legitimate business need;
• Regular security audits, penetration testing, and vulnerability assessments;
• Comprehensive audit logging of all access to personal data by internal staff;
• Incident response procedures for detecting, reporting, and managing personal data breaches.

9.2 In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, a7v7v will notify the National Privacy Commission and affected players in accordance with the timeframes and procedures required under the DPA and its IRR.

9.3 While a7v7v takes all reasonable steps to protect your data, no system is completely immune to security risks. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your a7v7v login credentials and for notifying us immediately of any suspected unauthorized access to your account.

10.1 Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the following rights with respect to your personal data held by a7v7v:

10.2 To exercise any of the above rights, please contact our Data Protection Officer (see Section 14). a7v7v will respond to all verified data rights requests within fifteen (15) business days, as required under the DPA. We may request proof of identity before processing your request.

10.3 If you believe that a7v7v has not handled your personal data in accordance with the DPA, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines.

11.1 The a7v7v platform is strictly intended for persons aged 21 years and above. a7v7v does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. If we become aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21, we will immediately close the associated account, delete the data, and return any deposited funds to the payment source.

11.2 If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has registered on the a7v7v platform, please contact our support team immediately so that we can take appropriate action.

12.1 In certain circumstances, your personal data may be transferred to, stored in, or processed in countries outside the Philippines — for example, where a7v7v uses cloud infrastructure or third-party service providers located abroad. Any such international transfer of personal data will be carried out in compliance with the DPA and its IRR, including the implementation of appropriate safeguards such as contractual data protection clauses.

12.2 a7v7v will not transfer your personal data to a foreign country unless that country provides an adequate level of protection for personal data, or appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your rights as a data subject under Philippine law.

13.1 a7v7v reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data practices, applicable law, or platform operations. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

13.2 The "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy indicates when it was most recently revised. Your continued use of the a7v7v platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the amended policy, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.

14.1 a7v7v has appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO) responsible for overseeing compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act and this Privacy Policy. If you have any questions, concerns, or requests regarding your personal data or this Privacy Policy, please contact us through the following channels:

14.2 a7v7v will acknowledge all privacy-related inquiries within three (3) business days and will endeavor to resolve all requests within fifteen (15) business days, in accordance with the DPA.

14.3 If you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to escalate your complaint to the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines.
