1.1 These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the a7v7v website, mobile platform, games, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion on a7v7v, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be legally bound by them.

1.2 These Terms apply to all users of the a7v7v Platform, including registered players, visitors, and any person who accesses any portion of the Platform. If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.

1.3 a7v7v reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via notice on the Platform or by email to your registered address. Your continued use of the Platform following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

1.4 These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register and use the a7v7v Platform. This requirement is non-negotiable and is mandated by applicable Philippine gaming regulations. a7v7v strictly enforces this age restriction and conducts age verification checks on all accounts.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility. The a7v7v Platform is intended for use by players located in jurisdictions where online gaming is permitted under applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with the laws of your jurisdiction. a7v7v makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in all locations.

2.3 Excluded Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or use the a7v7v Platform:

• Persons under 21 years of age;
• Persons who have been self-excluded from a7v7v or any other gaming platform;
• Employees, contractors, agents, or affiliates of a7v7v or its partner companies, and their immediate family members;
• Persons who have been permanently banned from the Platform for prior violations of these Terms;
• Persons acting on behalf of any of the above categories.

2.4 Verification. a7v7v reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3.1 Single Account Policy. Each player is permitted to maintain only one (1) registered account on the a7v7v Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name, different names, or using different devices, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Violation of this policy will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

3.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information — including a false date of birth — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your a7v7v login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify a7v7v immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. a7v7v will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

3.4 Account Ownership. Your a7v7v account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any third party. You may not allow any other person to access or use your account. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorized by you or not — is your responsibility.

4.1 Currency. All transactions on the a7v7v Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Deposits and withdrawals are processed in PHP only.

4.2 Accepted Payment Methods. a7v7v accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and bank transfers through BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to eligible Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted. a7v7v does not accept deposits via credit card for gambling purposes, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.

4.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as specified in the Platform's banking section and may be updated from time to time.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. a7v7v aims to process verified withdrawal requests within twenty-four (24) hours, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method and verification status of the account. a7v7v reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.

4.5 Own Funds. You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your a7v7v account are from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of any illegal activity . You agree not to use the Platform for any money laundering or other financial crime purposes.

4.6 Chargebacks. Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal on any deposit made to a7v7v without first contacting our support team is a violation of these Terms. a7v7v reserves the right to suspend your account and pursue recovery of any funds subject to an unjustified chargeback.

5.1 a7v7v may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game restrictions, and expiry periods, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms. a7v7v reserves the right to void bonus winnings if wagering requirements are not met within the specified timeframe.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using automated software, or engaging in low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements — constitutes bonus abuse. a7v7v reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings and to close accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse.

5.4 a7v7v reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are intended for recreational players and are not available to persons who have self-excluded or who are subject to account restrictions.

6.1 All games available on the a7v7v Platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and audited to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are available for all games and represent the theoretical long-term payout rate.

6.2 Each game on the Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics, and these Terms shall prevail with respect to account, financial, and conduct matters.

6.3 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game, a7v7v reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the wager to the player's account. a7v7v's decision in such matters is final. No compensation beyond the refund of the affected wager will be provided.

6.4 Disconnection. a7v7v is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of internet disconnection, device failure, or other technical issues on the player's end. It is the player's responsibility to ensure a stable internet connection before placing wagers.

7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the a7v7v Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of account balances:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes;
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to identity fraud, payment fraud, or chargeback fraud;
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise compromise the security or integrity of the Platform;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or a7v7v staff via any communication channel;
• Creating multiple accounts or allowing another person to use your account;
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain an unfair advantage — any such bugs must be reported to support immediately.

7.2 a7v7v cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies. Any suspected illegal activity detected on the Platform will be reported to the appropriate authorities, and account information may be disclosed as required by law.

8.1 All content on the a7v7v Platform — including but not limited to the a7v7v name, logo, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, and video — is the exclusive property of a7v7v or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform.

8.3 Any unauthorized use of a7v7v's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, a7v7v shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

9.2 a7v7v's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your a7v7v account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.3 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. a7v7v makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. a7v7v does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform.

9.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude a7v7v's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

10.1 a7v7v reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the event of:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity;
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder;
• A court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request;
• Any other circumstance where a7v7v determines that continued account access poses a risk to the Platform, other players, or the Company.

10.2 Upon account closure for cause, a7v7v reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a violation of these Terms, the balance may be forfeited. If no violation is found, any remaining balance will be returned to the player via the original payment method.

10.3 You may close your a7v7v account at any time by contacting our support team. Any pending withdrawals at the time of voluntary closure will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures.

11.1 a7v7v is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the risk of gambling-related harm. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, reality checks, and self-exclusion options.

11.2 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to access your account, and a7v7v will not send you any promotional communications.

11.3 Age Restriction. a7v7v strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and all funds returned to the payment source.

12.1 a7v7v collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

12.2 a7v7v implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption and two-factor authentication, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no system is completely secure, and a7v7v cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

12.3 a7v7v may share your personal data with third parties where required by law, regulation, or court order, or where necessary to prevent fraud or protect the security of the Platform.

13.1 a7v7v reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or to address security concerns.

13.2 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

14.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14.2 Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the a7v7v Platform shall first be submitted to a7v7v's customer support team for informal resolution. a7v7v will endeavor to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.

14.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI), with proceedings conducted in English in Metro Manila, Philippines.

14.4 Nothing in this section shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
